I am a fully qualified Perrin Technique Practitioner, and I have had ME myself for twenty seven years, and have been treated successfully by Dr Perrin.

I am working with Neuro Scientist and specialist in the field of ME ; Dr Raymond Perrin at The Perrin Clinic in Prestwich.

I have worked at The Perrin Clinic for Dr Raymond Perrin as a Perrin Technique Practitioner.

I continue to complete more advanced courses in craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute.

I have been a qualified massage therapist for seventeen years, as well as an NLP Master Practitioner qualified under Dr Richard Bandler, the Co founder of NLP, and have worked for several years within the NHS.

I have also been a Tai Chi Instructor for seventeen years, training with some of the best masters in Europe. I first qualified as a Tai Chi Instructor in Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan under Master John Ding in 2005 and also with The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

I have been practising Mind/Body disciplines for twenty five years. I currently study Tai Chi and Chi Gung with Lineage Master: Chris Ray Chappell, training in London and throughout the UK, including at Samye Ling, the Tibetan Buddhist Monastery. 
I have also spent over a decade practising Hsing Yi and Bagua.

I have a Post Graduate Certification in Somatic Well-Being from UCLAN and have workshopped in Somatics and Movement, Yoga, Shiatsu and Authentic Movement and Meditation.

I am also qualified in Chair Based Exercise, and have taught senior citizens within Care Homes, throughout the North West. 

In addition to The Perrin Technique treatment, I am also available for Tai Chi workshops in group, or one to one tuition as well as workshopping in any of the above disciplines.
